Microdose Mushrooms is a Canadian online dispensary specializing in psilocybin microdosing capsules, dried mushrooms, and functional mushroom supplements, shipped discreetly across Canada. We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative to help our customers by email and chat.

What you’ll do

Answer customer emails and live-chat messages about orders, shipping, payments, and products
Track packages, resolve delivery issues, and process replacements or refunds
Help customers choose products and route dosing or health questions to the right resources
Flag recurring issues to the team and help improve our FAQ and help content

What we’re looking for

Excellent written English; French is an asset
1+ year in customer support, retail, or another customer-facing role
Comfortable with email, chat tools, and order systems (WooCommerce experience is a plus)
Discretion and empathy — our customers value privacy
Located in Canada with reliable internet

Pay and hours

$18–$22 CAD per hour depending on experience. Remote, anywhere in Canada. Weekday coverage, 9am–6pm Pacific.
