DMT in Canada

DMT (N,N-dimethyltryptamine) is a short-acting psychedelic compound found naturally in a number of plants, and it is the active ingredient in the traditional Amazonian brew ayahuasca. When it is vaporised rather than drunk, the experience is very different from psilocybin: it begins within seconds, is intense, and usually lasts around 10 to 20 minutes.

Before you use DMT

DMT is not a microdosing product and it is not a good first psychedelic. The onset is sudden and the experience can be overwhelming even for people with a lot of experience with mushrooms. If you decide to use it:

• Always sit or lie down somewhere safe before inhaling, and never stand or drive.

• Start with a single small inhalation and wait to see how you respond.
• Do not combine DMT with MAOIs, antidepressants (especially SSRIs), lithium, stimulants or alcohol. Some combinations are dangerous.
• Avoid DMT if you have a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, a heart condition, or high blood pressure.

Storage

Keep cartridges upright, away from heat and direct sunlight, and well out of reach of children and pets. Use them only with a compatible battery at a low setting, since overheating can degrade the contents.
