What is Microdosing?
Microdosing is the practice of taking a small amount of Psilocybin Mushrooms to seek mental relief, or cognitive enhancement. The most common microdose consists of 50mg-300mg of psilocybin. This is a fraction of 1 gram full dose. When microdosing you get all the healing and performance effects, without the psychedelic effects that are associated with psilocybin mushrooms.
How often should I microdose?
We recommend micro dosing every 2nd day. This would consist of a 50mg-300mg dosage. Some people also prefer to microdose 5 days in a row, and take two days off.
Will microdosing affect my daily routine?
We specifically designed Neuro Blend to allow people to notice none of the psychedelic effects of Psilocybin Mushrooms, 50mg – 200mg is a typical microdose, and that is why we put 80 mgs of Psilocybin in ours.
