What Is Microdosing Psilocybin Mushrooms?

Microdosing Psilocybin Mushrooms is the act of consuming a sub-perceptual dose of psychedelic mushrooms, also known as Magic Mushrooms to achieve a desired effect. What is the proper Psilocybin dosage to microdose?

A microdose can be anywhere from 50mgs to roughly 400mgs, depending on the potency of the Psilocybin Mushrooms and whom you ask. We believe a great place to start is around 80mgs; that is why we designed Neuro Blend with 80mgs of Psilocybin in it. We developed the following dosage guide to help you with your Microdosing journey.

 50mg – 200mg = Sub to Moderate perceptual microdose. You may feel increased mood, more creativity, and less anxiety. You may also look back on your day and realize you had an abnormally great day.

200mg – 400mg = Still a microdose, but you will start to feel some euphoria, enhanced senses, and creativity, along with the other possible effects. Any dosage over 200mgs may increase anxiety in people who suffer from anxiety.

400mg – 600mg = You will most likely feel euphoria, creativity, enhanced senses, and start seeing some mild audio and visual hallucinations.

600mg and Above = Any dosage in this area, we suggest working with a respected professional. This may include a Shaman, Dr, Psychologist, or other qualified professional.

How should I take my microdose?

We suggest you take your microdose first thing in the morning or in between meals to feel the full effects. If you do find the effects too strong, you can also take your microdose with food.

What is the Best Schedule for Microdosing Psilocybin Mushrooms?

We have three suggested methods for Microdosing Psilocybin Mushrooms.

Paul Stamets Protocol

Paul Stamets protocol is excellent for people looking to induce neurogenesis and to provide permanent long-term benefits. Neurogenesis is the formation of new neuro-pathways. Very few things have been shown to induce neurogenesis, Psilocybin Mushrooms being one of them.

Fadiman Protocol

Dr. James Fadiman’s protocol is excellent for people looking to take a complete tolerance break in between in dosage. This will allow you to feel the full effects when you microdose.

Microdose Mushrooms Suggested Method

We suggest you do a combination of Dr. James Fadiman and Paul Stamets protocols. This gives you enough of a tolerance break for each dose to affect, but the frequency of microdoses will induce more neurogenesis and allow you to produce more long-term benefits.
