B3

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

Niacin (vitamin B3) is a water-soluble vitamin found in foods such as meat, fish, eggs, milk, yeast, green vegetables, and cereal grains. In the body it is converted into NAD, a coenzyme that cells use to turn food into usable energy (ATP). In microdosing stacks, niacin is included partly for its role in energy metabolism and partly because the flush it produces is thought to help distribute compounds through the body.
